All matches are fought in a ring with the wrestlers wearing high-cut one-piece suits and lurex tights and boots. Semi Pro style allows some throws and pro style holds but stops short of full flying throws and kicks. The wrestlers were encouraged to use as many holds as their experience and strength allowed, this adds a different style and interest to competitive wrestling.

Many holds like Boston crab, airplane spins and slams, hip and head throws are tried. Finally one wrestler is considerably weakened by a number of spins and slams and is knocked out as she fails to beat the ten count!
